New Year's Eve hotels in Rome
The DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti is on Piazza dell'Esquilino, a short walk from Santa Maria Maggiore and Termini station: a served gala dinner at €140 with one bottle of wine for every four people, or dinner plus an after-dinner party on the rooftop overlooking the rooftops of the centre at €175. The Boscolo Circo Massimo, on Via dei Cerchi opposite the Circus Maximus, offers three gala dinners (Plotina, Traiano, Cesare) with live music and a children's package; 2026 bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp. The Mercure Roma West, in the EUR / Torrino area, is the hotel with the all-in package: dinner in the Sale degli Imperatori, one option at €135, a dinner show at €150, the Elite area with a private table at €155, a party in the club area with entry at €35 or €50, a children's dinner at €80 and the option to stay the night.
Why spend New Year's Eve in a hotel
It is the easy choice if you are coming from outside Rome or do not want to drive on the night of the 31st: you have dinner, you dance and you go up to your room. All four hotels have parking and can also be reached without a car: the DoubleTree is 400 metres from Termini, the Boscolo is at Circo Massimo (metro line B), and the Mercure is a few minutes from the EUR Fermi metro stop.
Overnight stay and booking
You book the room directly with the hotel: the dinner voucher gives access to the dinner and the party, while the overnight stay is an extra that the hotels offer to guests of the event.
