The evening takes place on two separate floors: one for the served dinner with live music, the other for the party with a DJ set. Guests who skip dinner can come later with a party-only ticket, while a room for the night of 31 December is available only together with a dinner + party package.

The Mercure Roma West is at Viale Eroi di Cefalonia 301, in the EUR / Torrino area, a few minutes from the EUR Fermi stop on metro line B and from the GRA ring road. Parking is available at the hotel, subject to availability, and the area is outside the ZTL (Rome's limited-traffic zone). If you stay the night, getting home is not an issue.
Doors open at 20:30 and dinner is served in the Sale degli Imperatori, with live music throughout. The countdown starts at 23:59, the toast is at midnight, and then the disco area opens with a DJ set on a separate floor. Guests not having dinner can come in from 23:30, toast included, or from 00:30 straight into the disco area.
Cena Gold at €135, served in the Sale degli Imperatori at round tables for 8, 10 or 12. Cena Platinum at €150, a dinner-and-show package. Cena Diamond at €155, served in the Area Elite with a private table for your group. Children's dinner at €80, with a dedicated menu. Party entry from 23:30 at €50 with the toast and one drink, or from 00:30 at €35 with one drink. The overnight stay is available only with a dinner and party package and is booked with the hotel.
Visitors coming from outside Rome who want to dine, dance and sleep in the same place, and families looking for a hotel with a children's menu. It is the EUR choice among the New Year's Eve hotels; for the party alone it is one of the more affordable after-dinner party tickets.
