New Year's Eve in Rome's historic residences

Palazzo Brancaccio, on Via Merulana between the Esquiline and the Colosseum, is the last noble palazzo built in Rome: monumental staircases, frescoed salons and a gala dinner served at the table at €350, with the toast and a party. It is a truly exclusive evening, with limited places. The Salone delle Colonne, on Piazza Marconi in EUR, is the monumental hall with the original columns of the rationalist building: adult dinner at €160 with an immersive show and a table reserved all night, children's dinner at €70.

Alongside them is Villa dei Cesari, a 19th-century residence on the Via Ardeatina, inside the Appia Antica Archaeological Park: two indoor halls, five thousand square metres of grounds and a served dinner at €120 with a wine open bar until midnight. It has parking inside the property, and if you only want the party you can come in after the toast for €40.

What to expect

These are gala dinners: elegant dress code, arrival between 20:30 and 21:00, several courses served at the table, a show or music during dinner, the toast at midnight and a DJ set afterwards. Your table stays reserved all night. At Palazzo Brancaccio the 2026 menu is confirmed in the autumn.
