Evenings with an open bar in Rome

Residenza Castelverde, on the edge of Rome, has two ways to enjoy the open bar: the Gold or Platinum served dinner, with a reserved table and an open bar of water and drinks at the table, and the €49 party ticket with entry at 23:00, the midnight toast, a DJ set and an unlimited open bar after midnight. The 2026 packages are confirmed on WhatsApp. Castello Miramare, by the sea at Maccarese, offers Gold and Platinum gala dinners with open bar and the toast, on request.

Two more venues put the open bar at the heart of the evening. The Piper Club, on Via Tagliamento, keeps it alcoholic and unlimited from the toast until 5am, included in every package: the grand buffet at €90, the private table and the two evening entries at €75 and €60. Villa dei Principi, on the Via Aurelia at Cerveteri, opens its open bar from 00:30 to 2am and includes it both in the three dinner packages, at €105, €120 and €135, and in the party-only entries at €45 and €35, with a premium cocktail bar charged separately.

What open bar means

In packages with an open bar, drinks are included for the period stated on the event page: during dinner (water, wine, soft drinks) or after midnight in the party part (drinks and cocktails). It is different from the included drink in the clubs, where the ticket covers one or two drinks and you pay for the rest at the bar.

Who it suits

Groups who want a fixed price with no surprises at the end of the night, and anyone organising New Year's Eve with friends by car: Residenza Castelverde, Castello Miramare, the Piper Club and Villa dei Principi all have their own parking.
