Sublime La Villa is a villa in the Fleming district, on the right bank of the Tiber just beyond Ponte Milvio. One address brings together the restaurant room, the music club with its piano bar and the dance floor: on 31 December the three take turns over the course of the same night.
It starts with dinner, served at the table or as a buffet, with the piano bar playing in the background. After the toast the evening moves to the DJ booth: those who have had dinner stay on, and latecomers come in with the party ticket.
The address is via Alessandro Fleming 55, 00191 Rome, between the Fleming hill and Tor di Quinto. Ponte Milvio is a few hundred metres away and is the easiest landmark to get your bearings. The district has no metro stations: drive in from via Flaminia, via Cassia or corso di Francia, or take the Roma-Viterbo railway, which stops at Tor di Quinto and Due Ponti.
At the last published edition dinners began at 20:30. The served dinner included a menu brought to the table, water, wine at one bottle for every three or four guests, the toast and dance-floor entry; the buffet option included one wine voucher and one drink voucher per person and one seat for every three guests. From 00:30 the club side opened, with a DJ set and VIP tables. The 2027 programme will be confirmed by the management.
Prices at the last edition, all in advance: the Gold served dinner with a VIP table costs €250 per person and keeps the table for the whole night, the Silver served dinner costs €180 per person with a table until midnight, and the buffet dinner costs €100 per person. The 00:30 party ticket costs €50, with one drink and dance-floor entry. The VIP table in the club costs €500 for up to five people, with credit to spend on the bottle menu and €100 for each extra person. 2027 prices are being updated.
This venue suits people who want a sit-down dinner and then want to dance without changing venue. The buffet is designed for groups who prefer to stay on their feet and move between the rooms. The last edition’s price list did not include a children’s menu.
