On 31 December the format has traditionally been flexible: you can choose the served dinner, a lighter buffet version, or come along just for the after-dinner party.
Profumo is at Via di Villa Lauchli 1, in Rome North between Corso Francia and Via Cassia, outside the ZTL (Rome's limited-traffic zone). By car, come via the Tangenziale or the GRA ring road (Cassia or Flaminia exit); parking is nearby, subject to availability. By public transport the handiest stop is on Corso Francia; for the journey home, a pre-booked private car with driver (NCC) is the best bet.
Dinner starts at 21:00 in the restaurant; the countdown begins at 23:59 and the toast is at midnight, after which the Main Room becomes a dance floor with a DJ set and the Secret Room offers its own music selection. The covered outdoor terrace stays open through the night. If you have a table reserved all night, you keep it for the party too.
Six packages for three ways to enjoy the night. Party only: after-dinner entry at €50 with one drink and the toast. Buffet dinner at €80, with water and free-flowing wine in the first part of the evening, or at €130 with a table reserved all night. Table-served dinner at €160, with water and wine, or at €210 with a table all night. After-dinner disco table at €90, in the disco area with the DJ set. The 2027 menu is confirmed in the autumn.
Anyone who wants to choose how long to stay at the table: there is the served dinner for a relaxed meal, the buffet for those who like to move around, and the party alone for those arriving later. A flexible choice in Rome North, ten minutes from the Stadio Olimpico.

The served dinner comes with a reserved table and table service; the buffet takes place mostly on the covered, heated outdoor terrace, with places to lean and seating not guaranteed.
At the previous edition there were packages with a table reserved for the whole evening, combined with either the served dinner or the buffet dinner.
